Registration for the 2025–2026 school year is now open! The registration fee is $100 per student, regardless of the number of classes taken. This one-time, non-refundable fee confirms your student’s place and helps us maintain our welcoming learning spaces, materials, and administrative support.
Whether you’re new to homeschooling or a seasoned parent looking to expand your student’s educational experience, CHSRC is here to support you every step of the way. Let’s make this a great year—together!
Registration Process for 2025–2026
At CHSRC, we strive to make registration simple and accessible for all families. Please read the following carefully to understand the process based on your payment method:
ESA Families
We are excited to announce that CHSRC is now an approved ClassWallet vendor! This means families using the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) no longer need to pay full tuition upfront. To reserve your child’s spot, only the $100 per student registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. Per ESA guidelines, this fee can be submitted for reimbursement.
After registration, you will receive an invoice for the remaining class fees, which must be submitted through ClassWallet within one week of receiving the invoice for direct payment to CHSRC.
If you prefer to pay all fees upfront and request reimbursement through ESA, please select the self-paid option during the registration process.
Private Pay Families
No changes have been made to the registration procedures for self-paid families. Please pay the full amount—including the $100 registration fee and all class fees—at the time of registration and follow the prompts on the registration forms. Families paying out of pocket may also request a payment plan—please contact us for more information. We’re committed to making our programs accessible to all homeschooling families.
Scholarship Assistance
To support families registering multiple children, CHSRC offers a limited number of scholarships to assist with the $100 registration fee. Scholarships are available to all homeschooling families experiencing financial need, regardless of how they fund their education. If the total registration cost presents a financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (602) 277-3497 for more information.
Dukes Educational Services (DES) Students:
We’re excited to partner once again with our longtime friend and dedicated educator, Donna Dukes, to offer additional high school classes this year! Donna has been a part of the CHSRC community for over 15 years, serving in various roles—including her current position on our Board of Directors, where she has played an instrumental role in our governance.
Now, we’re thrilled to welcome her as a passionate and experienced high school teacher offering Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Chemistry, and Physics.
For full course details, registration, and payment, please visit the Dukes Educational Services (DES) website. DES is an approved ClassWallet vendor.
Please note: The CHSRC $100 registration fee also applies to Dukes Educational Services classes. This one-time fee covers any number of classes your student takes with either organization.
If you have any questions or need assistance with the registration process, our team is happy to help!
